On September 29, 2022, as part of the celebration of the Day of Secondary Vocational Education in 2022, students of the GBPOU MO “Orekhovo-Zuevsky Railway College named after. V. I. Bondarenko” took part in the competition “With love to you, golden hands” by profession “Welder”. The competition was held on the basis of the technical school. Representatives of partner enterprises and teachers of the technical school took part as members of the jury. Chairman of the jury: Kalinichenko Ivan Olegovich — Director of Human Resources and External Relations of JSC “Steklomash”.
Students of the technical school took part in the competition. The participants were given a task and the evaluation criteria were announced. The winners of the competition will have an internship with the possibility of further employment at JSC “Steklomash”.

Director of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky railway technical school named after V. I. Bondarenko Paramonov Sergey Sergeevich and director of personnel management of JSC “Steklomash” Kalinichenko Ivan Olegovich took part in the solemn signing of the agreement on behalf of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban district.
The federal project “Professionality” is aimed at quickly and efficiently teaching young people the skills needed by the market. The main distinguishing feature is the constant practice at the enterprises of the city, which contributes to the employment of graduates.
